Install it right, use it longer
The standard installation process performed by Chillami engineers – review it to prepare the location and power supply.

Site survey: indoor unit ≥ 15cm below the ceiling, out of direct sun; outdoor unit in an open area.

Drill the pipe hole sloping 5–10° outward for condensate drainage.

Vacuum the lines ≥ 15 minutes before releasing gas; leak-test with soapy water.

Use a dedicated 16A–20A breaker and ≥ 2.5mm² wiring.

Run Cool mode for 30 minutes, check outlet temperature and activate E-Warranty.
